Developer/ Projects: We study all projects in the Egyptian market from different angles (Location, Developer  Delivery Time, Price, Payment Plans, Maintenance quality, Capital Appreciation, ROI) then shortlist the qualified developers/ projects  and recommend it to our clients.

Client: we work closely with each client to understand & identify his/her need (Residential/ Investment , Budget, Required Area, Cash/Payment Plan , Delivery Date…Etc.)  

  • Objective: Based on the diagnosing outcome we specify a realistic objective/ target to our client with timeline of each step until the completion of the purchasing process.
     
  • Methods:    We also support our clients by providing them all required methods (Legal, Engineering, Interior design…Etc.) to facilitate & Simplify their procurement process. 
  • Evaluate: We evaluate each step to our clients during the procurement process with the flexibility  change the direction whenever there is anything dissatisfy our clients.
     

HSquare is one of the promising startup real estate brokerage in Egypt. Established in 2019, during 2019 we had deep & detailed study to the Egyptian market and started operating in January 2020.  We are confident to identify best real estate opportunities (Residential & Commercial) in the market and recommending integrated options which will satisfy & meet our Client's desire and needs.
